Eligibility

Entry Guidelines
- Entry Submission: Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Incomplete Entries: Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted will be deemed invalid and will not be considered.
- Deadline: All entries must be received by [12 midnight EST, December 25, 2024]. Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Shipping and Handling: Winner is responsible for costs of Shipping through First Class U.S Mail.
Winner Selection and Notification
Selection Process: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
- Notification: Winners will be notified via [Email and in January’s Newsletter Edition] within [15 (fifteen)] days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within [15 (fifteen] days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
